Bisbee Coffee Company Founded in 1996 in the high desert mining town of Bisbee, Arizona, Bisbee Coffee Company is a specialty coffee roaster and café rooted in community and craft. Led by founder Rob and head roaster Ly, we roast small-batch coffee with the same care and authenticity that built this town. Our Story
Bisbee Coffee Company started in 1996, we began roasting in 1997 and grew to 3 stores, 3 restaurants and a hotel before selling off everything except this, Bisbee Coffee Company, the store that started it all and continues to be the central "perk" of Bisbee. With a staff of 14 we enjoy the best location in Old Bisbee for people watching and coffee drinking. We roast off-site at warehouse facility utilizing 2 Diedrich roasters.
