Claiming your profile is free and takes a few minutes. It gives you control over how your roastery shows up, and connects you with coffee lovers actively looking for their next favorite roaster.

Once claimed, your profile gets a verified checkmark so visitors know the info is accurate and maintained by you.

Track your profile views over the last 7, 30, and 90 days. See how many people have favorited your roastery and your average star rating. Know your reach.
Appear in collections
Claimed roasters are eligible to appear in our curated collections — editorial lists like "Oregon Coast Coffee Trail" and "Ships to Your Door" that drive focused discovery.
Get found through recommendations
Coffee lovers on Roast Local take a taste quiz — roast preferences, flavor notes, origins. If your profile matches their palate, you show up in their "Recommended for You" feed. A complete profile means better matches.
How to claim
- Find your roastery — Search for your name on the map or browse by city.
- Click "Claim This Roastery" — You'll find the button on your profile page.
- Verify your identity — We'll send a magic link to your business email. Click it, and you're in.
- Complete the claim form — Your name, role, and a link to verify your affiliation.
- Start editing — Update your profile from your new roaster dashboard.
That's it. No phone calls, no contracts, no credit card.

Once you've claimed your profile, unlock powerful tools to grow your reach:
- Pro ($19/mo) — Full analytics dashboard, coffee performance insights, data export, Featured badge, and priority search placement
- Premium ($29/mo) — Everything in Pro plus a direct "Buy" button on every coffee listing (links to your shop — you keep 100%, no commission), homepage spotlight, premium badge, top search priority, and priority support
