Tucson's roasters lean toward laid-back and serious at the same time. Presta, Exo Roast Co, and Yellow Brick anchor a scene that's less about scale and more about craft — small batches, careful sourcing, and a community of customers who've been drinking specialty coffee long enough to ask informed questions. The university and the desert give the city a steady rhythm, and the roasters reflect it.
