The Bean Coffee Company

The business traces to 1979, when San Diego Coffee, Tea & Spice began roasting and distributing coffee throughout Southern California. The Bean Coffee Company brand launched in 2007, built around making high-quality organic coffee more accessible to everyday coffee drinkers, and was brought fully into the organization in 2012. It is independently owned and operated by the Holland and Leslie families: Lawrence and Jill Holland built San Diego Coffee, Tea & Spice into a respected Southern California roasting company, and Craig and Kanani Leslie joined to grow The Bean Coffee Company's ecommerce presence.
