Mission Coffee Roasters is a Colorado Springs specialty roaster that roasts coffee in-house and dedicates its proceeds to supporting nonprofits, churches, and Christian missionaries.
Mission Coffee Roasters was established in 2003 by Brett Bixler and the Bixler family to financially support Christian missionaries, churches, and nonprofits through specialty coffee sales. Brett trained in specialty coffee beginning in 1991 at Diedrich Coffee in Southern California, learning from Martin Diedrich and Don Holly and spending about five years there before founding Mission. The Diedrich lineage traces to Carl Diedrich, who learned roasting during WWII and later designed coffee roasters; the family grew coffee in Guatemala before relocating to California in the early 1970s.

100% Arabica seasoned in a charred American oak bourbon barrel from a local Colorado Springs distillery; sweet smoky aroma with a bourbon finish.
