Est. 2015

Per'La Specialty Roasters is a Miami roastery founded in 2015 by Chris Nolte and Paul Massard, a Certified Q Grader, roasting to order out of a facility on SW 71st Avenue. The range runs from single origins in Ethiopia, Kenya, Colombia and Guatemala through espresso and cold brew blends and two water processed decafs, sold direct and wholesale to hotels and coffee shops.
Per'La Specialty Roasters started in 2015 out of a shared idea between college friends Chris Nolte and Paul Massard: deliver the finest coffee they could find, roasted to order, from a base in Miami. Chris came from business development, branding and marketing across hospitality, healthcare and logistics, with a degree in International Finance and Marketing from the University of Miami. Paul brought more than twenty years of coffee procurement, roasting, grading, farming and production, most recently as Director of Supply Chain for Honolulu Coffee Company, and is a Certified Q Grader through the Coffee Quality Institute, one of roughly 350 in the United States. Ten years on they still roast to order, run a Roots program at origin, and build coffee programs for everyone from five-star hotels to neighborhood shops.

Built to mark ten years of Per'La. Smooth notes of milk chocolate covered cherry, raspberry and grape.
