Est. 2002

Mr. Bill's Beans is a veteran owned coffee roasting company on a small farm just north of Athens, Georgia, in business since 2002. Organic, fair trade 100% Arabica beans are roasted to order in small batches in a fluid air bed roaster and shipped within 24 hours.
My journey into the world of coffee roasting began simply: curiosity. I was curious about the transformation of a green bean into an aromatic brew that awakened your senses. I spent many hours researching, and burning, beans to find out just what made an incredible cup of coffee. I have never been interested in a good cup of coffee. I wanted a memorable cup of coffee, one you would tell your friends about. It took a long time to discover how to roast to bring out certain notes and flavors, and how to blend different roasts of beans to get the most out of them. Mr. Bill's Beans has been veteran owned and operated since 2002, working out of a small farm just north of Athens. Each pound is a blend of three different types of organic Arabica beans, chosen for a smooth, full bodied flavor, and a blend of medium and dark roasted beans for a fusion of fruit and chocolate. Everything is roasted to order in a fluid air bed roaster to minimize scorching, then roasted and shipped within 24 hours, so your coffee never sits on a shelf. Every blend comes in regular, half caffeine or decaf. You will also find Mr. Bill's around northeast Georgia: the Georgia Frame Shop, Ace Hardware and The Galloping Galette in the Braselton area, Antojitos El Timon Coffee Shop in Royston, and Marigold Market, Winterville Market and Chibugan Filipino Restaurant in Winterville. If you are in the Athens or Clarke County area, get in touch about pickup or delivery and skip the shipping.

The same beans as the Braselton and Revenant roasts, taken lighter so their individual characteristics shine through. Complex and invigorating.
