Our Story
Oconee Coffee Roasters is the family business of Wee "Jin" Chiew, a certified Q Grader who previously worked as head roaster at Sweet Bloom Coffee Roasters in Colorado and as a barista at Ceremony Coffee in Maryland, and his wife Jenny. After moving from Colorado to Georgia in 2019, the Chiews opened Oconee in a former cotton factory in the heart of Madison, roasting in-house with a focus on craft, clarity, and sweetness.
