Kino's Coffee is a family-owned coffee shop and roastery in Cissna Park, Illinois, with a second café in Paxton. Owners Jared and Betza Kaeb roast their beans fresh to order on a fluid bed roaster and serve them with Christian values.
Our Story
Kino's Coffee was started by Cissna Park residents Jared and Betza Kaeb, who have run their Cissna Park coffee shop since March 2019 and opened a second café in downtown Paxton in June 2023. All of Kino's coffee is roasted fresh to order at the Cissna Park shop and roastery, where the Kaebs roast high-quality Mexican Chiapas (SHG EP) beans on a fluid bed roaster. The business is built around serving exceptional coffee with Christian values.
