Peachey Coffee is a small-batch specialty roaster in Moundridge, Kansas, led by roaster Cory Peachey, who brings over eight years of experience studying the science behind great coffee. Every batch is roasted to order in small quantities to ensure peak freshness, with free local delivery available in the area. Peachey Coffee sources single-origin beans from Central and South America, East Africa, and Panama, alongside house and espresso blends. The company is also the force behind Peachey Roasters, which designs and builds electric fluid-bed roasting machines, now offered under the Sivetz brand.
Cory Peachey spent years studying the nuances and science behind roasting great coffee before launching Peachey Coffee in Moundridge, Kansas. Frustrated by the stale, bitter grocery-store coffee that most people settle for, he set out to make exceptional specialty coffee accessible and straightforward. What started as a passion for roasting grew into something bigger: Cory also designs and builds his own electric fluid-bed roasting machines through Peachey Roasters. In early 2026, Peachey Roasters unified operations with Oregon-based Sivetz Roasting Machines under the Sivetz brand, a partnership covered by Daily Coffee News. Cory now directs electric system development and production from Peachey's Kansas headquarters while continuing to roast small batches of specialty coffee for customers who deserve better than what the grocery store offers.
