Scott Creek Coffee

Located six miles from Elie, Manitoba, the family at Waldheim Colony converted their former creamery and dairy operation into a coffee roastery. Running a top-of-the-line automated 12 kg Diedrich roaster and importing green beans from across the planet, they have been roasting since 2016 — starting with beans for their own community, then for friends and neighbours. What began as roasting for home has grown into Scott Creek Roastery, sharing their love of the bean with the world. Coffee is roasted fresh to order for cafés, restaurants, and homes, with a focus on fundraising, custom gift baskets, and party favours.
