A small-batch roaster in Canton Township, Michigan, founded in 2021 by roast master Chad Schwartzenberger. Every batch is hand-crafted: Colombian single origins, two Indonesians, and a signature three-origin blend.
Our Story
Wild Wolf Coffee was built on providing small-batch, high-quality roasts, with a personal touch on every batch. Founder and roast master Chad Schwartzenberger is an award-winning cinematographer and photographer based out of Detroit, Michigan, who had loved coffee and what it represents for a very long time. With that passion, opening a roasting company seemed only natural. As he puts it, coffee brings people together around the world, and creating something that can be that vessel is an incredible feeling. Whether the roast is your morning ritual or something you enjoy with friends, crafting single-origin and blended roasts by hand, in small batches, to a high standard of taste is what drives him.
