Decaf (Ethyl Acetate, washed) process

An Ethyl-Acetate decaf from Valle del Cauca smallholders — smooth medium body with cocoa, balanced sweetness, bright citrus, and a nutty finish.

Natural / Washed process

A 70% Brazil / 30% Guatemala espresso blend — medium body, mild acidity, with milk chocolate, golden raisin, brown spice, nougat, and roasted peanuts.

Washed process

An organically grown washed Ethiopian — bright citrus and florals with apricot, pineapple, lime, rose hips, and a black-tea finish. Light body.

Washed process

A washed Guatemalan micro-roast — heavy body, mild acidity, with cocoa powder, almond, cane sugar, and green apple.
