Ash Hollow Coffee Co.

Jacie started roasting coffee in 2020 as a hobby, when she and Brock lived outside of Lincoln, Nebraska, near Ash Hollow Creek, which is where the name comes from. She grew up by Litchfield, graduated high school in Ravenna, took her bachelor's and master's at Nebraska Wesleyan, and then worked in tech for over five years while the two of them lived in Salt Lake City and Lincoln. In late 2021 they moved back to the Loup City area, and in March 2023 they opened the Ash Hollow Coffee Co. coffee shop in Loup City. It is a woman-owned, locally owned shop and roastery: the beans are roasted in small batches on site, the espresso is pulled from their own Nebraska Nice blend, and the bar is run by a team of local baristas. Jacie describes herself as powered by caffeine, ambition, and the inability to leave a good idea alone; her all-time favourite drink is a vanilla latte.
