Our Story
Before coffee became an industry, it was a craft — built on fire, patience, and instinct. Wood-Fire Roasted started with a simple idea: bring coffee back to its roots. Long before stainless steel machines and digital controls, coffee was roasted over open flame. It was unpredictable, hands-on, and alive. The roaster didn't just push a button — they worked with the fire, listened to the crack of the beans, and relied on experience to bring out the best in every batch. At Wood-Fire Roasted, every batch is roasted over real wood fires using carefully selected hardwoods. Fire adds depth, builds character, and creates a texture and warmth in the cup that conventional roasting can't match. Every roast has subtle variations shaped by flame, airflow, and timing — making each batch feel crafted, not manufactured.
