Dr. Evil's Coffee is an American precision roasting house in Charlotte, North Carolina. We run six single-origin lots at a time — Colombia, Peru, Ethiopia and Yemen — and nothing is roasted until it's ordered. Each lot gets its own thermal profile on a Norwegian-built ROEST roaster, run by data rather than guesswork, then ground to your exact brew method on a Mahlkönig GH2 and sealed the same day. Choose Low Voltage, Full Charge or Maximum Overdrive on any lot; whole bean or ground across nine grind settings from espresso to cold brew. The name is a family one. In the 1950's, showman Philip Morris created a villain called Dr. Evil to sell his travelling spook show. That character built Morris Costumes, and three generations later his grandson put the name on coffee. Roasted to order in Charlotte and shipped nationwide.
