Kaldi Gourmet Coffee Roasters has been custom roasting coffee in Wilmington, North Carolina since 1995, over a million pounds roasted, and still family run. Every coffee is roasted per order rather than pulled from a shelf: orders placed by 10am EST are roasted and shipped the same business day. Each gourmet coffee is offered in four degrees of roast: City (light), Full City (medium), Italian (dark) and French (extra dark), so the customer chooses how their beans are finished. Alongside the roastery, Kaldi supplies cafes across the country with equipment, training and everything needed to open a coffee shop.
