Koffee Geeks is a family owned small batch roastery and cafe in Circleville, Ohio, run by husband and wife team Mike and Jodi. Their Espresso Blend took a bronze medal at the 2024 Golden Bean awards, and everything is roasted in house on a Stronghold roaster.
Our Story
Koffee Geeks began in 2007 as a hobby and grew into a business. Mike and Jodi now run the roastery and cafe on North Court Street in Circleville, roasting in small batches on a Stronghold roaster that pairs traditional drum roasting with blower technology and halogen light, an approach they use to bring out both bold and fruity profiles. Green coffee comes through Volcafe, whose Volcafe Way program puts field teams and agronomists directly alongside growers to work on quality, farm productivity and long term business plans. When customers ask whether the coffee is certified, the honest answer is that it is something else: Volcafe Way pays fair prices and then keeps working with the producers year round. Sourcing that way matters to them because it benefits the farmer and the customer at the same time.
