About
Coffee Shack Coffee Roasters & Cafe is a family-run coffee shop and small-batch roaster with two locations in Heath and Buckeye Lake, Ohio, serving organically grown, fair-trade coffee alongside espresso drinks, tea, and house-made food.
Our Story
Coffee Shack Roasters was born out of a desire for quality, affordable organic coffee. In 2013, the owners began researching fair-trade, organic green coffee and roasters, then bought a small-batch roaster and their first 200 lb bag of beans. After roasting and flavoring more than 1,200 lbs of organically grown beans, they moved the business, beans, and roaster into the coffee "shack", and finally into a full coffee shop.
