ALL CAPS is a pop-up coffee shop and micro roastery in Oklahoma City with one drink on the menu, the $6 cappuccino, ordered by text message through Barista Bot and picked up with no app and no line. It roasts on a Bellwether electric ventless roaster, builds its two espresso blends for cappuccinos, and sells whole-bean coffee at the counter with online sales coming. Until 2026 the roastery traded as tmrw coffee.
ALL CAPS is founded by Sam DuRegger, who has spent more than 14 years in specialty coffee, including as a co-founder of La Barba Coffee, and runs it alongside Barista Bot and Menu-Ops under Espresso + Milk, LLC. The idea is deliberately narrow: one drink, done well. The pop-up sells only the cappuccino, with oat or whole milk at no upcharge and self-serve house-made syrups, and takes orders by text. Add an emoji to an order and Barista Bot saves it as a shortcut for next time. The coffee is roasted in Oklahoma City on an all-electric, ventless Bellwether roaster with automated profiles, which lets ALL CAPS roast small lots without a traditional gas roast plant. MORN'N and SO META are the two espresso blends built for the cappuccino, and ORIGIN is a rotating single origin roasted light to medium so the place shows up in the cup. Each week a different barista can take over the pop-up for five mornings, bringing their own crowd while ALL CAPS supplies the coffee, milk and syrups. Pop-up hours move around; the next date always lives at the top of allcaps.coffee.
