Milestone Coffee Roasting

My wife and I founded Milestone Coffee Roasting in 2024. What started as a little hobby with an air roaster grew into a passion for creating quality coffee that customers would love. In March of 2024, we were let go from our job and decided to stop working an unfulfilling 9-5 and chase our dream of becoming coffee roasters. We invested in a 1-kilo tabletop roaster and found a temporary home in a church kitchen in Montrose. So many hours in our temporary setup, roasting and labeling for bulk orders or regular customers, but we are so thankful for every moment there. In November of 2024, we found a small coffee shop in Montrose that was up for sale, and we jumped on the opportunity to have a permanent home for our roaster. Our little shop has become a place where people can relax and enjoy our Milestone favorite lattes and traditional coffee drinks. I roast in small batches once to twice a week, and my wife runs the front, which is her favorite part. While we love making speciality drinks, our true passion is roasting and selling quality beans, encouraging people to craft a great coffee setup at home, and chase their dreams and adventures.
