Balance Torréfacteur

Za & Klo torréfactrices is a Montreal-based, female-led roasting company. The name itself, torréfactrices, is the feminine form of roaster, which highlights our identity and approach. Our focus is on providing carefully sourced green coffees, chosen with intention and transparency. Each week, our team comes together for cuppings, and every coffee is evaluated collectively before it earns a place on our menu. While we appreciate balance and versatility, we also love to highlight more funky, experimental tasting notes. We are located at 3780 Saint-Patrick St., Montreal, Quebec H4E 1A2

Komma Rosta is a micro roaster and specialty coffee cafe on Wellington Street in Verdun, Montreal, run by Éléna and Dave. The cafe also serves homemade Japanese food and kakigori, and roasts its single-origin coffees at the Canadian Roasting Society shared roastery.
