Clockwork Coffee Co. is a family-run micro-roaster in Pinola, Mississippi, started in 2021 by Bryce and Ashley Doyal after Bryce moved from roasting at home as a hobby to doing it as a business. Everything is roasted to order. The name came from their eldest son Clark, who is fascinated by clocks - it is on the pocket watch in the logo. The lineup is deliberately small, a house blend and a single origin at a time, and ships nationally with a subscription option.
