Coffee by the Roast is an online, roast-to-order specialty coffee company in North Chicago, Illinois, run by husband-and-wife team Paul and Carrie Masek. They carry more than 100 award-winning coffees and blends sourced from over 30 countries: you pick the coffee and you pick the roast level, from City through French, and each order is micro-batch roasted only after it comes in, then shipped within 24 hours of roasting to any US or US military address.
