Za & Klo torréfactrices is a Montreal-based, female-led roasting company. The name itself, torréfactrices, is the feminine form of roaster, which highlights our identity and approach. Our focus is on providing carefully sourced green coffees, chosen with intention and transparency. Each week, our team comes together for cuppings, and every coffee is evaluated collectively before it earns a place on our menu.
