Fika Coffee Roasters

Fika Coffee Roasters started small, roasting specialty coffee in our Homer, Alaska garage with a simple goal: make really good coffee and create a reason to slow down and enjoy it. We roast with a light-to-light-medium approach that lets each coffee’s natural character shine—clean, balanced, and full of flavor. As Fika grew, so did our little operation. Last year, we became a certified wholesale coffee roaster, opening the door to partnerships with cafes and businesses throughout Alaska. That momentum led us to open our own brick-and-mortar, ZenDen Cafe, in Homer last September. We also continue to take Fika on the road for select events, including Salmonfest, and you can find our converted horse-trailer coffee bar at the Homer Farmers Market every Saturday throughout the summer—this year marking our 7th year at the market! Today, Fika is still proudly small-batch and Alaska-grown, with our coffee making its way onto more shelves, into more cups, and into more communities. We’re excited to keep growing while staying true to where we started: thoughtful coffee, quality roasting, and a little more time to slow down. 🐌
