Múcaro Coffees is a specialty coffee roaster in Miami Gardens, Florida, sourcing and roasting single-origin coffees in small batches since 2012. Alongside its retail lineup, Múcaro offers wholesale and private-label roasting, coffee equipment, in-house servicing, and barista training through the Múcaro Coffees Academy.
Our Story
Founded in 2012, Múcaro Coffees has grown year after year from its Miami Gardens, Florida roastery, serving its local community with freshly roasted specialty coffee alongside coffee equipment, technical support, and barista training. The team, which includes SCA-certified coffee professionals, imports premium green coffee from origins including Colombia, Brazil, Costa Rica, Ethiopia, and Mexico, roasting in small to medium batches for both wholesale and retail customers. Múcaro also provides private-label and toll roasting, blending, and consulting.
