Seriously fun specialty roaster - born in Pinedale, Wyoming in 2017, roasting since 2018, with a second cafe in Boise since 2023. Named in Food & Wine's Best Coffee in Every State. Quality over price, few over many, wow over safe.
Our Story
Pine Coffee Supply made its entrance in July 2017 in Pinedale, Wyoming, fueled by the quest for the ultimate cafe experience - where quality coffee and consistency were more than just buzzwords. In 2018 the team set more ambitious goals and started roasting their own, cherry-picking the creme de la creme of beans. With an enthusiastic reception and excellent feedback, 2019 brought a significant leap: upgrading from a 1-kilo to a 10-kilo roaster and launching a wholesale program. In 2023, Pine proudly opened its second location in Boise, Idaho. The coffees split into two playful lines - "Fun" and "Serious" - everything is roasted on Mondays and shipped on Tuesdays, and the sourcing philosophy stays simple: quality over price, few over many, and wow over safe.
