Boise is the epicenter — a city whose rapid growth has brought an influx of food and drink culture, with independent roasters leading the charge. You'll find everything from light-roasted single origins to creative blends designed for the outdoor-adventure crowd.
Outside Boise, Idaho's roasters often reflect the communities they serve. Coeur d'Alene and Sandpoint roasters cater to the lake-and-mountain lifestyle of the north. Twin Falls and Idaho Falls bring specialty coffee to the southern half of the state.
