Idaho's specialty coffee scene has grown from a handful of pioneers into a legitimate destination for craft coffee. Boise is the epicenter, a city whose rapid growth has brought an influx of food and drink culture, with independent roasters leading the charge. You'll find everything from light-roasted single origins to creative blends designed for the outdoor-adventure crowd.
Outside Boise, Idaho's roasters often reflect the communities they serve. Coeur d'Alene and Sandpoint roasters cater to the lake-and-mountain lifestyle of the north.
