What started as just a dream; a casual conversation, has grown to become a staple of excellence in Northern Idaho. It started with Gabe Booher, the owner of Terre Coffee & Bakery, who opened the first Terre location from a drive-thru stand with his wife, Mandy. One of the company’s seven Core Values is “Positive and Healthy” so we are constantly looking for the highest quality ingredients to keep their products delicious and preservative free; both in the bakery and behind the coffee bar, tapping into local sources wherever possible. Now, there are only three Terre Coffee & Bakery locations, all with cafes, and outdoor seating, with our Government way location being the hub for all the roasting and the bakery. The Booher family work hard everyday, guiding the company and AMAZING team with a PASSION FOR EXCELLENCE.
