Our Story
Landgrove Coffee is a family-run roastery on the Palouse in Troy, Idaho, founded in 1998 by Hannah and Jon Binninger. Over more than two decades they have roasted millions of pounds of coffee, growing steadily by word of mouth and personal service. Their focus is on relationships, from a direct trade partnership with La Cooperativa Samac in Guatemala to fair trade organic single origins and rotating small-batch micro-lots. The heart of the operation is the barn on Nora Creek Road, rebuilt after a fire in December 2023. If you stop by the shop or reach out, you will likely talk to Camryn, who has helped run every part of the business since 2021.
