Pattern Coffee Roasters is a micro-batch specialty roaster based in the Otis Orchards area near Spokane, Washington. Named after the biblical call to be "a pattern of good works" from Titus 2:7, they source exceptional green coffees and roast in small batches with meticulous attention to detail. Their rotating lineup features unique single-origin coffees from regions like Brazil and Africa, each carefully profiled to bring out natural character and origin flavors.

Terre Coffee & Bakery expands to not only house-made baked goods, but in-house roasted coffee! We only source organic coffee beans, to ensure the best quality and flavor for our coffees. We roast a variety of levels, ranging from as light as white coffee, to dark roast for some of our drip options and espresso.
