S&W Craft Roasting is a two-person roastery in Coatesville, Indiana, run by Nick and Charlie, with no storefront: everything is roasted on demand and shipped. They focus on single-origin coffees, split between lighter single origins and medium roast blends, and roast to highlight what the origin already tastes like rather than roast over it.
Nick and Charlie started out as avid home roasters and eventually turned it into a joint coffee roasting business, with the goal of giving people direct access to fresh-roasted, specialty grade, single-origin coffee at a fair price. They are fascinated by the range of flavors that show up across single origins, so their roast philosophy is to highlight those origin characteristics rather than impart roast character over the top of them. There is no brick-and-mortar shop: they roast in Coatesville, Indiana, on demand, and orders go out within a couple of business days.

I taste something more like Raspberry ganache in a chocolate truffle. If you're a beer nerd, think fresh Atrial (yum!).

This one is an odd combination of blackberry, farmhouse ale, and coconut. There is more wildness in this cup than most of the other coferms.

Lighter extractions show grape juice and rice wine, while heavier extractions bring more tartness and strawberry tones. This one walks the funk line.
