Small family owned coffee roastery on the second floor of a century old mill building in downtown Nashua, New Hampshire, at the confluence of the Nashua and Merrimack rivers. King David roasts only specialty grade beans, by hand, on a traditional drum roaster with a 1 to 30 pound batch capacity, and roasts every origin on its own: single origins from Central and South America, Africa, Indonesia and Papua New Guinea, roasted light, medium or dark depending on the bean, plus one three-bean espresso blend and three decafs. Bags are heat sealed with a one-way valve while the coffee is still warm. Private label bags for businesses and fundraising programs too. Visitors welcome, please call before you come.
