Blacksmith Coffee Roastery roasts specialty grade coffee in a renovated century old blacksmith shop on Main Street in Lindsborg, Kansas, known as Little Sweden, USA. It buys through ethical traders who work directly with farmers, and the lineup runs from Scandinavian style blends to single origins. The coffeehouse pours drip and pour over coffee, espresso drinks, teas and smoothies alongside house made pastries and a limited breakfast and lunch menu, and there is a second drive thru in Salina.
