Desnudo Coffee

Desnudo Coffee is a Latino-owned roaster in Austin, Texas. Founded by brothers Juan and Sergio Trujillo in 2021, they buy directly from small family farms in Huila, Colombia with no intermediaries. Their cousin Manolo lives in Colombia and has a direct relationship with producer. Desnudo roasts to order in Austin, ship weekly, and runs a coffee membership alongside four Austin cafés: East Austin (2505 Webberville Rd), Downtown (111 Congress Ave), South Lamar (1904 S Lamar Blvd) and Westside (1214 W 6th St).
