Armadillo Coffee Roasters is a small-batch, women-owned specialty roaster in the Wells Branch neighborhood of Austin, Texas. Run by wife-and-husband team Mary and Andy, it roasts specialty-grade (85+ SCA) single origins and blends to order in 20–30 lb batches each week — every bag stamped with its roast date — for home brewers and Austin cafés alike.
