Margin Coffee Roasters

Margin Coffee Roasters has been Albany's living room since 2018 and now runs three cafes in the Mid-Willamette Valley. Coffee is roasted in house at the Santiam Hwy roastery and coffee lab, where customers are welcome to watch production from the front door or join a weekly cupping. Pastries, sandwiches and desserts are made in house too. The lineup runs from light single origins through four house blends, from the light-medium Bellwether to the Dark Horse, plus a sugarcane-process Colombian decaf. Three locations: the downtown Albany flagship at 206 2nd Ave SW in a 1906 building, the roastery and coffee lab cafe at 2943 Santiam Hwy SE, and a new cafe in downtown Lebanon at 878 S Main Street.
