Our Story
Rosemary Coffee Co is a small crew with a simple dream: a cozy, welcoming coffee shop where everyone feels included and loved, dogs too. They live by one motto, be kind, stay weird and drink coffee. The shop is built around community, from the lending library to the vendor wall of mostly women-owned local businesses. The beans are roasted in house in small batches and the syrups are made by hand. Nearly everything else, the dairy milks, teas, matcha and pastries, comes from small local businesses nearby. It is slower that way, and it is the whole point: every latte supports a circle of local makers and families. Order something you have had a hundred times or let a barista talk you into the seasonal, and take the seat by the window.
