Lakeway Coffee is a small, owner-operated roastery in Jefferson City, Tennessee, between Cherokee and Douglas Lakes, selling single-origin coffee roasted to order. Lakeway Coffee was born in the heart of Jefferson City, Tennessee, where the foothills of the Smoky Mountains meet the shores between Cherokee and Douglas Lakes. It started in 2025 with a simple aim: bring the Lakeway area fresh, quality coffee beans, roasted after the order comes in rather than sitting on a shelf. In their own words, coffee is more than a morning ritual, it is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply and savor each moment.
