Our Story
He Brews Coffee Roasters is a veteran-owned, family business run by a husband-and-wife team with their son and daughter. Their story started in 2006 with an espresso catering business at weddings, festivals and carnivals, but they realized their coffee was only reaching a handful of people. So they started roasting at home with a popcorn air popper and aged green beans from Craigslist, and grew it into a full roasting operation built on ethically sourced coffee, fair wages for farmers, and quality they control by cupping every roast.
