Giddy Sloth Coffee is a Costa Rica–focused specialty roaster and café in North Seattle, roasting 100% Costa Rican arabica. It partners with sustainable farms across regions like Monteverde, Los Santos, and Tarrazú to share the flavours and culture of Costa Rica through coffee, and serves its beans at its café on the Olympic Hills / Pinehurst border.

Pattern Coffee Roasters is a micro-batch specialty roaster based in the Otis Orchards area near Spokane, Washington.
