Giddy Sloth roasts 100% Costa Rican arabica and partners with environmentally conscious farms that look after their farmers, treating sustainability as essential. Beans are sourced from regions such as Monteverde, whose temperate mountain climate is ideal for high-quality coffee, alongside growers like Café de Monteverde. From carefully developed, repeatable roast profiles to guidance on grind, water, and brewing, the goal is to bring the full flavour of Costa Rica to the cup, served at the Giddy Sloth café in North Seattle on the border of the Olympic Hills and Pinehurst neighbourhoods.
