Founded in 1993 by Simon Craven Thompson and his wife Becky, the family-owned Spokane roaster is built on an uncompromising pursuit of the world's finest beans, sourced from family-run farms across Africa, Indonesia, and Central and South America, then hand-roasted and hand-blended in Spokane.
