Bean North Coffee Roasting Co. has been roasting in the territory since 1997 and is one of the longest-running northern Canadian specialty operations, alongside Midnight Sun Coffee Roasters — also founded 1997. Firebean Coffee Roasters (founded 2017) added a newer-generation operator focused on small-batch direct-trade sourcing.
