About
Stray Cat Coffee is a small-batch craft coffee roaster in Baker City, Oregon, sourcing exceptional green coffees and roasting them to highlight the best of each origin. A portion of proceeds supports stray cats in Baker County.
Our Story
Over 18 years ago, a fellow coffee enthusiast told me I could roast my own beans. One hot-air popcorn popper and a couple of batches later, I was hooked. That spark grew into years of experimenting, learning, and sharing fresh-roasted coffee with family and friends. With their encouragement, Stray Cat Coffee LLC was founded in 2024 in Baker City, Oregon, with a simple mission: to give more people access to a coffee experience they may not have had before.
