Seven Virtues Coffee Roasters is a family-owned Portland, Oregon roaster focused exclusively on single-origin coffees — hand-selected, gently roasted to order, and served at two neighborhood cafés. In addition to crafting excellent coffee, they have a breakfast menu including house made gluten free and vegan pastries, made with just the right amount of sweetness.
Our Story
Seven Virtues is a family-owned Portland roaster opened by Misa and Mike Blair on NE Glisan Street in 2007. After years of building direct relationships with farmers and hand-selecting beans, they roast single-origin coffees — no blends — with an emphasis on ethical, direct-trade sourcing.
